Nina Hunter is an Artist, Illustrator, and Founder of Saltaire Art Gallery and School.
Having graduated with an MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland, Nina spent fifteen years pursuing a career in design and illustration. With prestigious projects in her portfolio and clients including Harrods, Ferrari, and Penguin Random House, Nina turned to the pursuit of fine art as a way of creating work that stands the test of time.
Working from her riverside studio, and following several successful exhibitions in 2025 (including two in New York), which resulted in all of her available work selling out, Nina is now embarking on a new chapter: opening a gallery under her own name in her home town, Saltaire.
Hunter paints embodiments of energy, seeking the essence of soft power and the forces that shape our presence and beliefs.
